Anti-Inflammation Smoothie

1/2 cup distilled water
1/4 cup homemade kombucha optional
1 fresh squeezed lemon
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp camu camu powder
1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon ... only use Ceylon Cinnamon
1 dash ground cloves
1 tbsp olive oil

after blending sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top



Cinnamon is one of the most inflammation -suppressing spices it can lower blood fats, increase insulin sensitivity and improve cardiovascular health.

Cloves have strong anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anesthetic, rubefacient and antiflatulent properties. Yes, cloves help prevent farting.
